Angel Tierno vs Diego Alviar

Boxing Daily Report from the Ondoa Promotions promoted show at Montevideo Lugar, Montevideo,  taking place on 02/12/2026:

Clearly Ondoa Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uruguay-Montevideo Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Angel Tierno (12 - 7) who hails from Montevideo, Uruguay and Diego Alviar(4 - 11 - 2) from Montevideo, Uruguay.  Tierno weighed in at 111 pounds and 12 ounces, while Alviar weighed in at 111 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Manuel Damaso, and the three ringside judges are Carlos Jiminez, Vicente Mino and Rico Rogero.
