Sammy Chibhabha vs Sam Chiweshe

Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Luveve Stadium, Bulawayo,  taking place on 16/01/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Zimbabwe Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on DStv, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Sammy Chip-Chop Chibhabha (13 - 0 - 1) who hails from Harare, Zimbabwe and Sam Chiweshe(9 - 9 - 2) from Harare, Zimbabwe.  Both Chibhabha and Chiweshe weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is David Kapinda, and the three ringside judges are Leighton Van den Bergh, Billy Mpofu and Noah Chipendo.
