Banji Atsu vs Gethin Bhengu

Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Africa-Eastern Cape promoted show at Rivaldo Nyauza Gym, Port Elizabeth,  taking place on 01/01/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Banji Atsu (3 - 0) who hails from East London, South Africa and Gethin Bhengu(10 - 6 - 2) from Soweto, South Africa.  Atsu weighed in at 154 pounds, while Bhengu weighed in at 153 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Arnie Verster, and the three ringside judges are Clint Mambweni, Ewan Nyauza and Borg Cronje.  

Round 1:
