Goker Melek vs Serkan Inan

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Turkey-Istanbul promoted show at Istanbul Altan, Istanbul,  taking place on 01/01/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Turkey-Istanbul Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on NTV Spor, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Goker Melek (19 - 7) who hails from Istanbul, Turkey and Serkan Inan(13 - 4 - 5) from Istanbul, Turkey.  Melek weighed in at 135 pounds, while Inan weighed in at 134 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Bayram Atan, and the three ringside judges are Ufuk Ozal, Devrim Saygi and Duygu Cerci.
