Bruce Hughes vs Lewis Strother

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Oregon promoted show at Oregon State Fair & Expo Center Cascade Hall, Salem,  taking place on 02/01/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Pacific Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bruce Hughes (18(5) - 2) who hails from Portland, USA and Lewis Strother(10 - 1 - 2) from Modesto, USA.  Hughes weighed in at 130 pounds, while Strother weighed in at 129 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Kian Bilbao, and the three ringside judges are Charles Banks, Brett Edmison and Ethan Mingus.
