Peter Grahn vs Robert Doyle

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Ohio promoted show at Cleveland Dodd, Cleveland,  taking place on 02/01/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Ohio Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Peter Grahn (4 - 7(1) - 3) who hails from Columbus, USA and Robert Doyle(3 - 3 - 1) from Cleveland, USA.  Grahn weighed in at 118 pounds, while Doyle weighed in at 117 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Bruce Beddoe, and the three ringside judges are Darryl Boyle, Neil MacKenna and Noah Anderberg.  

Round 1: 

Doyle cuts off the ring, trapping Grahn in the red corner.  Grahn finds the target with a jab.  
Doyle closes the distance.  Grahn throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Doyle quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Doyle attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action and gives Grahn time to recover.  
Doyle throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Doyle closes the distance.  Grahn is on target with a left uppercut.  
Grahn steps away from his opponent and is on target with a cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Grahn's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Grahn's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Doyle's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.

Doyle forces Grahn to retreat onto the ropes.  Grahn lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  As Doyle tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Grahn has been damaged by the clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Grahn pivots to the right of his opponent and connects with a right hook.  
Grahn sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Doyle tries to land a left hook, but Grahn slips the shot and counters with a right hook.

Doyle advances into close range and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Grahn steps to the outside and hits home with a cross.  
Grahn lands a left hook.  
Doyle steps inside and walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Doyle lands a left hook.
