Daniel Coulthard vs Ian Di Fonzo

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Miami Beach Convention Center, Miami,  taking place on 06/03/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the North American Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fox Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Daniel Coulthard (19(12) - 0) who hails from Phoenix, USA and Ian Di Fonzo(21 - 1 - 2) from Providence, USA.  Both Coulthard and Di Fonzo weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Oleos Infante, and the three ringside judges are Cole Ghant, Juan Molina and Daniel Wright.  

Round 1: 

Coulthard steps away from his opponent.  Coulthard sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Di Fonzo tries to land a jab, but Coulthard slips the shot and counters with a sharp right hook to his opponents body.  
Coulthard lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Di Fonzo pivots to the right of his opponent.  Coulthard drives a solid left hook into Di Fonzo's body.  
Di Fonzo cuts off the ring, trapping Coulthard in the corner.  Coulthard hits home with a left hook.  
Di Fonzo closes the distance.  Coulthard connects with a left uppercut.  
Coulthard tries to step out of his opponents range and lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Di Fonzo steps inside.  Coulthard attempts to land a left uppercut, but Di Fonzo sidesteps and counters with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Di Fonzo gets on the inside.  Di Fonzo pivots to the side of his opponent.  Di Fonzo throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a firm left uppercut.  
Di Fonzo is looking to keep the action on the outside and hits home with an overhand left.  
Coulthard tries to land a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a stinging left uppercut.  
Coulthard lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Di Fonzo steps inside and walks Coulthard into the blue corner.  Di Fonzo quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Di Fonzo tries to land a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a solid right hook to Di Fonzo's ribs.  
Coulthard connects with a stinging left hook.  
Coulthard is looking to keep the action on the outside and finds the target with a ramrod jab.  
Di Fonzo sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Coulthard is on target with a solid cross.  
Di Fonzo closes the distance.  Di Fonzo sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Coulthard tries to land a left uppercut, but Di Fonzo slips the shot and counters with a sharp left uppercut.  
Coulthard lands a spiteful jab.  
Di Fonzo gets on the inside.  Coulthard quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and drives a sharp left hook into Di Fonzo's ribs.  
Coulthard switches the action to the outside and tries to land a cross, but Di Fonzo dodges the shot and counters with a firm right uppercut.  
Coulthard sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Coulthard is looking to keep the action on the outside and is on target with a jab.  
Coulthard lands a left hook.  
Coulthard throws a left uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Coulthard lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Di Fonzo advances into close range.  Coulthard sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Coulthard lands a cross, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents head, AND DI FONZO IS DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 6.  
Coulthard steps to the outside.  Coulthard lands two right hooks followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND DOWN GOES DI FONZO!  He is back up on his feet at 5.  
Di Fonzo is looking to close the distance.  Coulthard connects with a DEVASTATING left hook.  DI FONZO IS DOWN!  THE REF DOES NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THE COUNT...HE'S SEEN ENOUGH AND HAS STOPPED THE FIGHT!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Coulthard!
