Jack MacDougall vs Antwan Grass

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Iowa promoted show at Des Moines Civic Center Stoner Theater, Des Moines,  taking place on 02/01/2027:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Mid West Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jack MacDougall (10 - 11(1) - 5) who hails from Omaha, USA and Antwan Grass(15(8) - 4(4) - 1) from Cedar Rapids, USA.  Both MacDougall and Grass weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Blake Balderston, and the three ringside judges are David Crosbie, Stephen Kidd and Blake Balderston.  

Round 1: 

Grass is looking to close the distance and lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents head.  
Grass steps inside and is on target with a right uppercut.  
Grass forces MacDougall to back into the red corner.  MacDougall tries to land a jab, but Grass sidesteps and counters with a solid cross.
