Jun Sazama vs Jiro Ishibashi

Boxing Daily Report from the Glove Shack promoted show at Ariake Arena, Tokyo,  taking place on 23/01/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the East Asian Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Tokyo, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jun Sazama (15(11) - 3(3) - 1) who hails from Kyoto, Japan and Jiro Ishibashi(11 - 6(4) - 1) from Nagoya, Japan.  Both Sazama and Ishibashi weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ichiro Koizumi, and the three ringside judges are Isamu Nonaka, Ichiro Kaya and Nori Saito.  

Round 1: 

Sazama quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a double jab to his opponents head.
