Amer Emami vs Kiki Casares

Boxing Daily Report from the Acquah Promotions promoted show at Medellin Barca, Medellin,  taking place on 13/01/2027:

Clearly Acquah Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Amer Emami (9(6) - 1(1)) who hails from Karaj, Iran and Kiki Casares(4 - 5 - 1) from Soledad, Colombia.  Emami weighed in at 130 pounds, while Casares weighed in at 129 pounds and 1 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Bronco Barragan, and the three ringside judges are Alejandro Rayo, Joaquin Montesano and Alejandro Forero.  

Round 1: 

Emami steps inside and is on target with a stinging left hook to his opponents liver.  Emami ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Emami pushes his forearm into Casares's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Emami closes the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Emami tries to land a left hook, but Casares blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Emami connects with a stinging cross.  
Emami is looking to close the distance and lands two consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Emami lands two jabs followed by a left hook to his opponents head.

Emami sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Emami lands a left uppercut to the body, a right hook to the body and a cross to the head.  He then lands two left uppercuts followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  It looks like Casares has now recovered from that shot earlier.  
Emami manages to force Casares into the red corner.  Emami lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Emami lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents head, AND DROPS CASARES TO THE CANVAS!  He isnt going to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Emami!
