Waqas Megherbi vs Bilal Belamri

Boxing Daily Report from the Garabetian Promotions promoted show at Azam Djabali Gym, Algiers,  taking place on 12/01/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Algeria-Alger Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Waqas Megherbi (9 - 6 - 2) who hails from Algiers, Algeria and Bilal Belamri(8 - 1 - 1) from Algiers, Algeria.  Megherbi weighed in at 174 pounds and 14 ounces, while Belamri weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Umair Ghermati, and the three ringside judges are Adnan Thomson, Gazi Khamtache and Mohsin Idris.
