Joaquin Junior vs Marco Betancourt

Boxing Daily Report from the Nyauza Promotions promoted show at Salvador Prior, Salvador,  taking place on 14/01/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Brazil-Bahia Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Esporte Interativo, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joaquin Junior (26(5) - 0 - 1) who hails from Salvador, Brazil and Marco Betancourt(8 - 2) from Salvador, Brazil.  Both Junior and Betancourt weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rafael Eanes, and the three ringside judges are Venacio Amparo, Onofre Meneses and Ryo Parada.
