Ellis Newman vs Okapi Mombeshora

Boxing Daily Report from the Harare Boxing Club promoted show at Harare Pfumbidzai, Harare,  taking place on 15/01/2027:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Zimbabwe Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Joy TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ellis Newman (11 - 5(1) - 1) who hails from Chitungwiza, Zimbabwe and Okapi Mombeshora(16 - 4) from Harare, Zimbabwe.  Newman weighed in at 129 pounds and 15 ounces, while Mombeshora weighed in at 129 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Zareb Chigova, and the three ringside judges are Chris Phiri, Robert Hunzvi and Colin Kabweza.
