Robert Edmundson vs Leighton McGuinness

Boxing Daily Report from the Ayibonte Promotions promoted show at Fort Wayne Ruxton, Fort Wayne,  taking place on 18/12/2026:

Clearly Ayibonte Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Great Lakes Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Robert Edmundson (5 - 3 - 1) who hails from Fort Wayne, USA and Leighton McGuinness(4 - 4(1) - 3) from Chicago, USA.  Edmundson weighed in at 105 pounds, while McGuinness weighed in at 104 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bruce Nish, and the three ringside judges are Chris Philley, David Gray and Tobias Gowans.
