Mick Meincke vs Chris Bess

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Ohio promoted show at Dave Urwin Gym, Columbus,  taking place on 18/12/2026:

Clearly AI USA-Ohio have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Ohio Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mick Meincke (7 - 7 - 3) who hails from Cincinnati, USA and Chris Bess(8 - 3 - 3) from Cleveland, USA.  Both Meincke and Bess weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Paul Kumler, and the three ringside judges are Bruce Beddoe, Michael Fentress and John Profit.
