Boxing Daily Report from the Badalian Promotions promoted show at Maroua Orange, Maroua,  taking place on 16/01/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cameroon-Extreme-Nord Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Pernell Papin (13 - 4(1) - 2) who hails from Maroua, Cameroon and Chainey Jacob(7 - 6 - 3) from Maroua, Cameroon.  Both Papin and Jacob weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Albain Nguekam, and the three ringside judges are Neville Oliver, Canon Machin and Tugdual Njoya.
