Federico Silvera vs Jose Cantos

Boxing Daily Report from the Castro Cigars promoted show at Havana Marquina, Havana,  taking place on 14/01/2027:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Cuba-Havana Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Federico Silvera (12 - 7 - 3) who hails from Havana, Cuba and Jose Cantos(10 - 5 - 3) from Havana, Cuba.  Silvera weighed in at 135 pounds, while Cantos weighed in at 134 pounds and 2 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Montel Palencia, and the three ringside judges are Sancho Luiz, Cortez Bastidas and Urvano Domingo.
