Karri Vuolle vs Kaapro Polon

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Finland-Uusimaa promoted show at Finland-Uusimaa Gym, Helsinki,  taking place on 17/01/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Finland-Uusimaa Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Karri Vuolle (13 - 7 - 3) who hails from Helsinki, Finland and Kaapro Polon(8 - 2 - 2) from Espoo, Finland.  Both Vuolle and Polon weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jorma Puikkonen, and the three ringside judges are Kaapro Kuusi, Matteus Vaatainen and Leevi Erola.  

Round 1: 

Vuolle lands a cross.  
Polon steps inside.  Polon quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and connects with a left hook.  
Vuolle throws a right uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Vuolle steps to the outside and lands two consecutive overhand rights to his opponents head.  
Polon pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Polon is looking to close the distance and manages to force Vuolle into the corner.  Polon pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Polon feints a jab, but Vuolle ignores the feint and lands with a cross.  
Vuolle steps to the outside and connects with a cross.  
Vuolle attempts to land a jab, but Polon slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Vuolle's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Vuolle's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
