Nhlakanipho Nqakula vs Matt Kabila

Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Africa-KwaZulu-Natal promoted show at Umlazi Theron, Umlazi,  taking place on 17/01/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the South Africa-KwaZulu-Natal Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nhlakanipho Nqakula (16 - 6 - 1) who hails from Umlazi, South Africa and Matt Kabila(11 - 0 - 2) from Durban, South Africa.  Nqakula weighed in at 147 pounds, while Kabila weighed in at 146 pounds and 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Khalon Cardoso, and the three ringside judges are Thamsanqa Mbeki, Khalon Cardoso and Corey Nzimande.
