Dave McTavish vs Kei Matsuura

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Shizuoka promoted show at Shizuoka Arts Theater, Shizuoka,  taking place on 05/01/2027:

Clearly AI Japan-Shizuoka have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Dave McTavish (7 - 0) who hails from Middlesbrough, UK and Kei Matsuura(6 - 11(1) - 1) from Tokyo, Japan.  McTavish weighed in at 121 pounds and 15 ounces, while Matsuura weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ichiro Fukuhara, and the three ringside judges are Takeo Nishihara, Yuichi Koda and Takeo Nishihara.

McTavish gets on the inside and cuts off the ring, trapping Matsuura on the ropes.  McTavish is on target with a right hook to Matsuura's body.
