Justin Liston vs Jack Rondon

Boxing Daily Report from the Otu Promotions promoted show at Luxor Las Vegas, Las Vegas,  taking place on 06/01/2027:

Clearly Otu Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Justin Liston (1(1) - 0) who hails from North Shore, New Zealand and Jack Rondon(1 - 1) from El Paso, USA.  Both Liston and Rondon weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ellis Cammon, and the three ringside judges are Brett Ewin, Jim Lipton and Dave Bower.  

Round 1: 

Liston closes the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  Liston holds on to his opponent.  Liston tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Rondon behind the head.
