Adriano Sirigu vs Michael Caffrey

Boxing Daily Report from the Magicman Promotions promoted show at Juan Sabino Gym, New York City,  taking place on 24/12/2026:

Clearly Magicman Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-New York State Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Adriano Sirigu (11 - 5 - 1) who hails from Buffalo, USA and Michael Caffrey(7 - 11 - 4) from Rochester, USA.  Both Sirigu and Caffrey weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kris Greeson, and the three ringside judges are Cole Milroy, Massimo Alemanno and Joseph Maready.  

Round 1: 

Sirigu steps inside.  Caffrey is on target with a left hook.  
Sirigu is looking to close the distance.  Sirigu quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and connects with a left hook.  
Caffrey lands a jab to Sirigu's body.  
Sirigu switches the action to the outside and lands with a solid jab.  
Sirigu gets on the inside.  Sirigu pivots from in front of his opponent and connects with a right uppercut.
