Azam Khatib vs Anupam Tripathi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-West Bengal promoted show at Kolkata Bidhuri, Kolkata,  taking place on 20/01/2027:

Clearly AI India-West Bengal have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the India-West Bengal Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Azam Khatib (8 - 2) who hails from Kolkata, India and Anupam Tripathi(5 - 11 - 6) from Howrah, India.  Khatib weighed in at 167 pounds and 10 ounces, while Tripathi weighed in at 168 pounds.
