Eiji Kuse vs Keiichi Yamasaki

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Ariake Coliseum, Tokyo,  taking place on 13/02/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Eiji Kuse (7 - 7 - 4) who hails from Fukuoka, Japan and Keiichi Yamasaki(10 - 6(4)) from Sapporo, Japan.  Both Kuse and Yamasaki weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Eiji Mizuno, and the three ringside judges are Ichiro Koizumi, Yuji Tsutsumi and Ryo Shiroma.  

Round 1: 

Yamasaki advances into close range and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.
