Satoshi Tahara vs Ryuu Hatanaka

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Chiba promoted show at Matsudo Seto, Matsudo,  taking place on 23/01/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Chiba Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Satoshi Tahara (6 - 3) who hails from Funabashi, Japan and Ryuu Hatanaka(11 - 7 - 1) from Chiba, Japan.  Both Tahara and Hatanaka weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Takeo Nakanishi, and the three ringside judges are Akira Kamei, Mikio Gima and Daiki Matsunaga.  

Round 1: 

Hatanaka lands a cross.
