Ryo Higashi vs Ryo Seto

Boxing Daily Report from the Maloian Promotions promoted show at Yutaka Yoshinaga Gym, Fukuyama,  taking place on 23/01/2027:

Clearly Maloian Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Hiroshima Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ryo Higashi (10 - 9 - 4) who hails from Hiroshima, Japan and Ryo Seto(6 - 22 - 1) from Hiroshima, Japan.  Higashi weighed in at 134 pounds and 6 ounces, while Seto weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nori Oye, and the three ringside judges are Yuji Suda, Yoshi Kawakami and Goro Tengan.  

Round 1: 

Higashi is looking to keep his distance and throws an overhand right, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.
