Davie Nderitu vs Okoth Ampar

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Nairobi promoted show at Nairobi Odhieng, Nairobi,  taking place on 23/01/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Kenya-Nairobi Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Davie Nderitu (10 - 3 - 1) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Okoth Ampar(7 - 5) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Both Nderitu and Ampar weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nathan Andersson, and the three ringside judges are Sam Waiyaki, Bob Mbiyu and Manu Yator.
