Oleos Armendarez vs Franco Tamez

Boxing Daily Report from the Players Only promoted show at Xalvador Barabas Gym, Mexico City,  taking place on 26/12/2026:

Clearly Players Only have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Distrito Federal Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Oleos Armendarez (6 - 6 - 5) who hails from Mexico City, Mexico and Franco Tamez(10 - 7 - 2) from Mexico City, Mexico.  Both Armendarez and Tamez weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jesus Fermin, and the three ringside judges are Franco Ahumada, Sierra Marcano and Alvino Forero.
