Robert Roose vs Alfonso Montalvan

Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at Upstate Medical University Arena, Syracuse,  taking place on 20/02/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the WRBO Intercontinental Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fox Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Robert Roose (19 - 1) who hails from Phoenix, USA and Alfonso Montalvan(15(1) - 6(1) - 4) from Santo Domingo Norte, Dominican Republic.  Roose weighed in at 104 pounds and 11 ounces, while Montalvan weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ben Hopkins, and the three ringside judges are Neil Sneddon, Mark Hughes and Paul Evans.
