Leeroy Chemlany vs Nicholas Mbugua

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Mombasa promoted show at Mombasa Adel, Mombasa,  taking place on 25/01/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Leeroy Chemlany (6 - 14) who hails from Mombasa, Kenya and Nicholas Mbugua(8 - 7 - 2) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Both Chemlany and Mbugua weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hassan Badini, and the three ringside judges are Robert Perlo, Lewis Muriuki and James Baldacchino.
