El Houari Talbi vs Sufyan Abdel

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Morocco-Tanger-Tetouan promoted show at Tangier Baddou, Tangier,  taking place on 25/01/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Morocco-Tanger-Tetouan Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SNRT, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are El Houari Talbi (17(9) - 0) who hails from Tetouan, Morocco and Sufyan Abdel(12 - 3(1) - 1) from Tetouan, Morocco.  Both Talbi and Abdel weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Aniq Aghmati, and the three ringside judges are Ziaul-Haq Sadiqi, Amaniyy Bedel and Hilel Benzouien.  

Round 1: 

Talbi throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.

Talbi is looking to force the stoppage!  Talbi lands a right hook, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a left uppercut followed by  two right uppercuts to his opponents head, AND SENDS ABDEL SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 6.  Abdel now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Talbi throws a left hook, but the shot is blocked.  Talbi holds on to his opponent.  Talbi pushes his forearm into Abdel's face.  The referee warns Talbi and breaks the clinch.  
Talbi hits home with a right hook.  
Talbi steps to the outside and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  Talbi throws an overhand right, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Talbi feints a left hook, and then lands with a spiteful jab.  
Talbi finds the target with a hard jab.  
Talbi is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Talbi lands a double jab to his opponents head.  Talbi throws an overhand right, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Talbi tries to step out of his opponents range and finds the target with a ramrod jab.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Abdel's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Abdel's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Abdel's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

Abdel attempts to land a jab, but Talbi slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Abdel closes the distance.  Talbi lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head, KNOCKING ABDEL DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 5.  
Talbi is looking to keep his distance and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Talbi steps to the outside and lands two jabs followed by a cross to his opponents head, AND DROPS ABDEL!  He isnt going to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Talbi!
