Khalid Halim vs Brown Akpososo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Kano State promoted show at Kano Onigbinde, Kano,  taking place on 26/01/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Nigeria-Kano State Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Khalid Halim (11(1) - 0) who hails from Kano, Nigeria and Brown Akpososo(6 - 4(1) - 3) from Kano, Nigeria.  Halim weighed in at 130 pounds, while Akpososo weighed in at 129 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Gbolahan Lagelu, and the three ringside judges are Hope Ukuh, Gbolahan Adenaike and Theophilus Adeniran.
