Sergei Khaybulaev vs Hayden Breckon

Boxing Daily Report from the Glove Shack promoted show at Main Street Armory, Rochester,  taking place on 06/02/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sergei Khaybulaev (13(2) - 0) who hails from Norilsk, Russia and Hayden Breckon(4 - 11(3) - 4) from Lexington, USA.  Both Khaybulaev and Breckon weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Michael Perry, and the three ringside judges are Davie Cleary, Bart Budge and Peter Gatti.  

Round 1: 

Breckon throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Breckon advances into close range.  Khaybulaev pivots to the left of his opponent.  Breckon throws a left uppercut, but Khaybulaev ties up his opponent.  Khaybulaev is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Khaybulaev.  
Khaybulaev tries to step out of his opponents range.  Khaybulaev feints a cross, and then strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Khaybulaev lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Khaybulaev lands a jab to his opponents body.  
Khaybulaev feints a cross, and then lands a jab followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
Khaybulaev feints a left hook, and then is on target with a jab.  
Breckon closes the distance and walks Khaybulaev down, trapping him on the ropes.  Breckon throws a right hook, but Khaybulaev ties up his opponent.  Khaybulaev leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Khaybulaev tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Breckon's kidney. 
Khaybulaev steps to the outside and lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  Khaybulaev throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Breckon gets on the inside.  Khaybulaev pivots to the left of his opponent.  Khaybulaev lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Khaybulaev ties up his opponent.  Khaybulaev tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Breckon behind the head. The referee warns Khaybulaev and breaks the clinch.  
Khaybulaev feints a jab, and then lands an overhand left followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Khaybulaev lands a cross, jab and a cross to his opponents head.  
Breckon closes the distance.  Khaybulaev is on target with a left hook to Breckon's ribs.  
Breckon forces Khaybulaev to back into the ropes.  Khaybulaev is on target with a right uppercut.  
Breckon is looking to close the distance.  Khaybulaev lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  Khaybulaev ties up his opponent.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Breckon manouvers Khaybulaev into the corner.  Khaybulaev is on target with a left uppercut to Breckon's body.  
Breckon steps inside.  Khaybulaev lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Khaybulaev lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  He then lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Khaybulaev stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  Breckon throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut to his opponents liver.  
Breckon gets on the inside.  Khaybulaev lands a left uppercut.  
Khaybulaev quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Breckon advances into close range.  Khaybulaev pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a big left hook.  BRECKON WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Breckon wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Khaybulaev dabs at his face checking for damage.  Breckon almost instantly gets his legs back.

Breckon closes the distance and throws a left hook, but Khaybulaev clinches his opponent.  Breckon leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Breckon tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Khaybulaev's kidney.
