Elliot Kikafunda vs Haaris Meskin

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uganda-Kampala District promoted show at Kampala Emily, Kampala,  taking place on 02/01/2027:

Clearly AI Uganda-Kampala District have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uganda Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Elliot Kikafunda (14 - 6(1)) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Haaris Meskin(12 - 1 - 1) from Kampala, Uganda.  Both Kikafunda and Meskin weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Tavarius Tebazaalwa, and the three ringside judges are Mark Kabugo, David Iii and Zain Ahsan.
