Alejandro Ramos vs Angel Montealegre

Boxing Daily Report from the Joram Promotions promoted show at Montevideo Verano, Montevideo,  taking place on 02/01/2027:

Clearly Joram Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uruguay-Montevideo Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alejandro Ramos (9 - 6 - 1) who hails from Montevideo, Uruguay and Angel Montealegre(8 - 9(1)) from Montevideo, Uruguay.  Both Ramos and Montealegre weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alejandro Pecha, and the three ringside judges are Javier Casto, Hilario Mazariegos and Neron Villarruel.  

Round 1: 

Ramos lands a cross to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Ramos steps inside and digs in a left uppercut to his opponents body.
