Waqas Mirza vs Mark Imam

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Abia State promoted show at Efe Obiajunwa Gym, Umuahia,  taking place on 05/01/2027:

Clearly AI Nigeria-Abia State have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Abia State Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Waqas Mirza (3 - 5 - 2) who hails from Aba, Nigeria and Mark Imam(5 - 0) from Umuahia, Nigeria.  Both Mirza and Imam weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yakubu Egbedi, and the three ringside judges are Bright Imenger, Jay Onuegbu and Bature Adelakun.
