Shayan Basara vs Waqar Tabet

Boxing Daily Report from the Kuma Promotions promoted show at Dammam Kaleel, Dammam,  taking place on 03/02/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Saudi Arabia Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KSA Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Shayan Basara (18(1) - 2) who hails from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and Waqar Tabet(17 - 5 - 1) from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.  Both Basara and Tabet weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kamran Alam, and the three ringside judges are Rehan Bokeyar, Zain Farrah and Waqar Elkhouri.
