Boxing Daily Report from the TFI promoted show at Minneapolis Stobbe, Minneapolis,  taking place on 08/02/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are David Matteson (12 - 0) who hails from Wichita, USA and Spencer Frame(6 - 18(1) - 6) from Anaheim, USA.  Both Matteson and Frame weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ian Soderberg, and the three ringside judges are Charlie Genz, Nathan Langer and Harry Streblow.  

Round 1: 

Matteson lands with a hard jab.  
Matteson gets on the inside and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  Matteson clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Matteson pushes his forearm into Frame's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Matteson about fouling.

As Frame tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Matteson dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Frame is looking to keep the action on the outside and attempts to land a jab, but Matteson slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.
