Koldan Cherkasov vs John Chamelyan

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Sunshine Coast Stadium, Sunshine Coast,  taking place on 06/02/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Koldan Cherkasov (17(7) - 6(2)) who hails from Novosibirsk, Russia and John Chamelyan(15 - 5(2) - 1) from Perth, Australia.  Cherkasov weighed in at 200 pounds, while Chamelyan weighed in at 199 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Joel Glines, and the three ringside judges are Leon Kellar, Sammy Feamster and Hugh Durie.
