Abdul Uddin vs Kunle Omeili

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Rivers State promoted show at Port Harcourt Akwashiki, Port Harcourt,  taking place on 06/02/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Rivers State Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Abdul Uddin (6 - 9 - 4) who hails from Port Harcourt, Nigeria and Kunle Omeili(5 - 14 - 4) from Port Harcourt, Nigeria.  Both Uddin and Omeili weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bature Isangedighe, and the three ringside judges are Izunna Abulu, Etebo Obisesan and Brown Bassey.  

Round 1: 

Omeili is on target with a cross.  
Omeili closes the distance.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Uddin.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.

Omeili gets on the inside and walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Omeili lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.
