Drud Kurr vs Ramhart Schein

Boxing Daily Report from the Jacob Howes promoted show at Jacob Gym, Munich,  taking place on 31/01/2027:

Clearly Jacob Howes have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are The German Giant Drud Kurr (18(12) - 0) who hails from Chemnitz, Germany and Ramhart Schein(1 - 7 - 1) from Hanover, Germany.  Kurr weighed in at 248 pounds and 4 ounces, while Schein weighed in at 230 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Manfried Kubach, and the three ringside judges are Deutsch Birkel, Kiefer Lab and Bannruod Aken.  

Round 1: 

Kurr pivots from in front of his opponent.  Kurr tries to land a cross, but Schein dodges the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Schein advances into close range.  Kurr is on target with a left hook.  
Kurr tries to step out of his opponents range and lands an overhand right followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.

Schein gets on the inside and manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Kurr throws a right uppercut, but his opponent avoids the punch with a sidestep.  Kurr holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Kurr pushes his forearm into Schein's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Kurr tries to step out of his opponents range.  Kurr feints a left hook, and then lands two jabs followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Schein cuts off the ring, trapping Kurr in a corner.  Schein sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Kurr lands a ramrod jab.  
Schein steps inside.  Kurr lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Kurr lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head.  Kurr holds on to his opponent.  Kurr is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Kurr to stop fouling.  
Schein pivots to the side of his opponent.  Kurr connects with a stinging cross.  
Kurr hits home with a cross.  
Kurr lands a jab to the head followed by a left hook to the body, AND SENDS SCHEIN SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 5.  
Kurr switches the action to the outside and is on target with a cross.  
Kurr lands a hard jab.  
Schein manages to force Kurr into the corner.  Kurr throws a left hook, but the shot is blocked.  Kurr ties up his opponent.  Kurr leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Kurr is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Kurr switches the action to the outside.  Kurr feints a jab, tricking Schein into launching a right hook counter.  Kurr avoids the shot and counters with a sharp right uppercut.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Schein's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.

Schein closes the distance.  Kurr lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Kurr lands a jab to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Schein is looking to close the distance.  Kurr lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Kurr lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Kurr feints a jab, but Schein ignores the feint and responds with a right hook.

Kurr lands a ramrod jab.  Kurr tries to land a jab, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right hook.
