Robert Tamayo vs Roger Downey

Boxing Daily Report from the Get up promoted show at Spencer Rule Gym, Pembroke Pines,  taking place on 09/02/2027:

Clearly Get up have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Florida Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Robert Tamayo (6 - 16(1) - 4) who hails from Tampa, USA and Roger Downey(6 - 16(2) - 5) from Miami, USA.  Tamayo weighed in at 147 pounds, while Downey weighed in at 146 pounds And 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Leo Couch, and the three ringside judges are Javier Resendiz, Mason Valcarcel and Hugh Guffy.
