Phil Platter vs Mick Malcom

Boxing Daily Report from the Smoking Joe promoted show at Jenny Craig Pavilion, San Diego,  taking place on 10/03/2027:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the USA Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Phil Platter (22(13) - 0) who hails from Phoenix, USA and Mick Malcom(21(1) - 3(1) - 1) from Sacremento, USA.  Both Platter and Malcom weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bradley Fortun, and the three ringside judges are Waleed Naqvi, Josh Butchart and Kenzie Bryce.
