Juan Baron vs Angel Rangel

Boxing Daily Report from the Chigaga Promotions promoted show at Santa Cruz de la Sie Lorenzana, Santa Cruz de la Sierra,  taking place on 12/02/2027:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Bolivia-Santa Cruz Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Juan Baron (6 - 5 - 4) who hails from Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia and Angel Rangel(12 - 4 - 3) from Montero, Bolivia.  Both Baron and Rangel weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dario Geronimo, and the three ringside judges are Marjun Limon, Ora Salido and Onofre Aparicio.  

Round 1: 

Rangel gets on the inside.  Baron pivots to the left of his opponent.  Rangel tries to land a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.
