Ian McPheron vs Michael Mundell

Boxing Daily Report from the AI UK-Central England promoted show at Greenbank Sports Centre, Liverpool,  taking place on 15/01/2027:

Clearly AI UK-Central England have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Central England Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ian McPheron (12 - 6 - 3) who hails from Liverpool, UK and Michael Mundell(10 - 8 - 4) from Manchester, UK.  McPheron weighed in at 200 pounds, while Mundell weighed in at 200 pounds And 14 ounces.    As Mundell came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Owen Wallace, and the three ringside judges are Sammy Dunkerson, Michael Beretta and Arthur MacGuire.

As McPheron tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Mundell dabs at his face checking for damage.  Mundell has been damaged by the clash of heads.  That has caused swelling  around the right eye.  
Mundell is looking to close the distance.  McPheron pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a right hook.  
McPheron hits home with a cross.  
Mundell advances into close range.  McPheron digs in a right hook to Mundell's body.  
Mundell is on target with a left hook.
