Valeray Mayer vs Bellamy Besong

Boxing Daily Report from the Afrifa Promotions promoted show at Yaoundé Aime, Yaoundé,  taking place on 16/01/2027:

Clearly Afrifa Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cameroon-Centre Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Valeray Mayer (9 - 5 - 2) who hails from Yaoundé, Cameroon and Bellamy Besong(13 - 11 - 2) from Yaoundé, Cameroon.  Mayer weighed in at 111 pounds and 11 ounces, while Besong weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ross Beaudin, and the three ringside judges are Bellamy Shaznay, Anicetus Medoua and Odilon Bault.
