Gregory Bekono vs Didier Bertrand

Boxing Daily Report from the Badalian Promotions promoted show at Maroua Beaudin, Maroua,  taking place on 13/02/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cameroon-Extreme-Nord Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gregory Bekono (9 - 6 - 3) who hails from Maroua, Cameroon and Didier Bertrand(6 - 9 - 8) from Maroua, Cameroon.  Both Bekono and Bertrand weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Forrest Feydeau, and the three ringside judges are Tyson Mang, Fabron Ndumu and Glanville Jacob.  

Round 1: 

Bertrand pivots to the side of his opponent.  Bekono is on target with a right hook.  
Bertrand tries to keep the action at long range.  Bekono connects with an overhand right.
