Launcelot Roussel vs Boyce Kwekeu

Boxing Daily Report from the Hamidou Promotions promoted show at Garoua Makanaky, Garoua,  taking place on 16/01/2027:

Clearly Hamidou Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cameroon-Nord Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Launcelot Roussel (16 - 1) who hails from Garoua, Cameroon and Boyce Kwekeu(10 - 9 - 2) from Garoua, Cameroon.  Both Roussel and Kwekeu weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Senior Binoche, and the three ringside judges are Waltier Moreau, Luc Meyong and Raul Truffaut.  

Round 1: 

Kwekeu throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Kwekeu switches the action to the outside and connects with a cross.  Kwekeu attempts to land an overhand right, but Roussel sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.
