Jeffrey Nys vs Edmond Balla

Boxing Daily Report from the Wigwam Promotions promoted show at Stade de Ngor, Dakar,  taking place on 28/02/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Senegal-Dakar Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Joltin’ Jeffrey Nys (21(3) - 0) who hails from Dakar, Senegal and Edmond Balla(9 - 10 - 1) from Pikine, Senegal.  Nys weighed in at 118 pounds, while Balla weighed in at 117 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Romain Ndong, and the three ringside judges are Dominique Le Roy Ladurie, Sid Soumah and Rance Artaud.
