Amjad Salam vs Waqar Mamund

Boxing Daily Report from the Yarjanyan Promotions promoted show at Atif Wassan Gym, Alexandria,  taking place on 15/02/2027:

Clearly Yarjanyan Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Egypt-Alexandria Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Amjad Salam (8 - 5 - 4) who hails from Alexandria, Egypt and Waqar Mamund(14 - 1 - 1) from Alexandria, Egypt.  Salam weighed in at 111 pounds and 10 ounces, while Mamund weighed in at 111 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Kashif Elkholy, and the three ringside judges are Kamran Ahmad, Bilal Elmahdi and Rehan Elaraby.
